I made a beautiful chickpea salad with carrots and onions and lemon and parsley and a little sumac. It was so good. I don’t know if it’s my imagination, but these beans tasted fresher and sweeter than the ones I ordinarily use. . They also held their shape and looked beautiful. I will definitely be getting more of these. I was so impressed by the beautiful packaging. They were all wrapped so beautifully. I felt like I was opening a gift! Now that I’ve had some, I guess I was. Thanks for such a lovely and delicious experience , I’m going to try the tiger eyes today!
