Admittedly, these aren't the prettiest thing on the menu:)...but we suspect they might become your new favorite snack! We can't get enough of roasting beans with tahini and spices. Enjoy!
Ingredients:

- 1 1/2 cups of cooked beans (Garbanzo, King City Pink, Peruano...)
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Directions

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Pat dry your cooked beans
- Add the tahini, oil, and spices in a large bowl and mix together.
- Fold the beans into the tahini mixture
- Place the bean mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet
- Bake for 30 minutes, flipping once mid-way.
- Continue cooking until crispy
