- 1 1/2 cups of cooked heirloom beans (try Old Indian Woman or King City Pink)
- 4 scallions, chopped
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

- Blend all ingredients together in a food processor until smooth
- Garnish with fresh herbs or roasted sesame seeds and serve
