We're thrilled to bring you this organic heirloom mixed bean variety offered in collaboration with holistic nutritionist and chef, Sarah Britton, founder of My New Roots. Together, we honor the beauty and simplicity of well-farmed wholefoods. 

This mix consists of seven different varietals, each sustainably dry-farmed in Northern California by our partner, Ed Cohen.
