Our heirloom bundle includes one bag of each of the following varieties: Peruano, Calypso, Tiger's Eye, and King City Pink beans. The Peruano beans from California are dry-farmed, which draws out incredible flavor and preserves water; the Calypso and King City Pink beans are hand picked and cleaned on the Central Coast, CA; and the Tiger's Eye are equally as delicious as they are gorgeous and are grown in Idaho.
